Your participation makes this event even more special, and we are excited to share a day filled with fun games, delicious food, and diverse cultural experiences.

This Vendor Application Form is required to ensure a smooth and organized event for all participants. By completing this form, vendors help us:

Manage Space & Logistics – We need to allocate tables and plan the venue layout effectively.

Ensure Compliance – Adhering to regulations, such as food safety and sales restrictions, keeps the event safe and lawful.

Fair & Ethical Sales Practices – Preventing forced sales and promoting a positive experience for all attendees.

Confirm Participation & Policies – Understanding and agreeing to the event rules, including the cancellation policy and required educational session.
By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to these guidelines, helping us create a well-organized and enjoyable event for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation!
IMPORTANT NOTE
Vendor space ($65) - includes 6 ft table and 2 chairs
Food vendor: $65/table+food permit (if you use fire, Fire dept. permit fee will be added)
Vendors will retain all profits earned from their sales.

참가 및 정책 확인 – 취소 정책 및 필수 교육 세션을 포함한 행사 규정을 이해하고 동의하는 절차입니다.
